Girls Set Go offers a transformative 4 – 12 Weeks Bootcamp and extended Mentoring program aimed at equipping young Black women (early college and fresh graduates) with the tools and resources they need to thrive, rather than merely survive. Our program empowers participants to discover new skills, explore diverse career paths, and even venture into entrepreneurship.

We recognize and address the digital divide and career skills gaps that Black girls often encounter. Without access to professional growth opportunities and a supportive network, many find themselves stuck in jobs with limited prospects for advancement.

Join our community of aspiring young Black women for engaging training sessions, masterclasses, and live Q&A sessions with accomplished professionals across multiple STEM fields.

Girls Set Go is committed to providing internship opportunities for Black girls in partnership with leading tech companies. Our plan is to create a pipeline that connects talented young Black women with valuable internship experiences in the technology sector.

Internships offer invaluable real-world experience, and at Girls Set Go, we are committed to ensuring that Black girls have equitable access to these opportunities. To achieve this goal, we will actively seek out companies dedicated to diversity and inclusion to forge partnerships for internship placements. These partnerships will not only provide our participants with hands-on experience in their niche STEM industry but also contribute to fostering greater diversity and representation within these companies. By identifying and collaborating with organizations that share our commitment to inclusivity, we can create meaningful internship opportunities that empower Black girls to thrive in the workforce.

Black Girls Converge is the annual gathering that celebrates the brilliance, resilience, and innovation of Black women rising in tech. Hosted by Girls Set Go, this powerful convergence brings together alumni from our AI, Data Analysis, UI/UX Design, and Software Development bootcamps for a weekend of connection, inspiration, and visibility.

Each year, talented women who have completed our intensive training, challenged norms, and reimagined what’s possible come together — to showcase their work, build connections, and shape the future.
